We do not provide rental locks, but we do keep some high security locks in stock that you may purchase if you wish. As you hold the only keys for your lock, you can be sure that nobody else will have access to your belongings. Be sure to keep a spare key in a safe place for this same reason.

You can store pretty much anything, with some exceptions. These are essentially anything dangerous or illegal. There are some items that fall into a gray area, so be sure to ask us before renting a unit to see what’s allowed on the property. You CAN store (but are not limited to): furniture, appliances, electronics, clothes, business inventory,sporting equipment. You CANNOT store include (but are not limited to): food, drugs, anything that's flammable or combustible (i.e., gas, propane tanks, car batteries). When storing vehicles, they must be operational.

To rent online or in-person, you must be 18 years of age, possess a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address and be able to pay with a major credit card. Your name, telephone number, and email address are also needed to complete your reservation online. If you’re storing a vehicle, you’ll also need the license plate number and insurance information. You can make changes to your reservation anytime by logging into your Customer Portal where you can make payments, start a new lease, view receipts, documents, and more.

Yes, all vehicles that are stored must have proof of insurance through your vehicle insurance provider.

You can start storing your vehicle on the same day that you rent your storage space. You must ensure that your vehicle is insured, and that you have proof of ownership. We also recommend that you properly prepare or winterize your vehicle for self-storage beforehand.

We do not require a fixed-term contract which gives you maximum flexibility. In practice, this means that you have the freedom to rent a storage unit for as little or as long as you wish. You will need to sign a rental agreement at the time you move in, which continues on a month-to-month basis until you decide to move out.
